New Drive of Alpha Corps——2008 New Staff Training 08.10.15
On 9th, July, Alpha ltd. and Manufacturing Division conducted new staff training both in Guangzhou and Chenghai with almost 100 new employees from the limited company, branches and divisions present. These two training programs were held by Alpha ltd. and Manufacturing Division respectively. The training concerns many aspects, including company structure, department function, financial and personnel regulations, knowledge of IRMS, teamwork and career plan.
Through the training, new staff got a general idea of company history, culture, regulations and objectives, which relieves the intensity and anxiety of them. Besides, their communication and teamwork spirit were promoted by the teamwork activities inside the training.
Alpha Ltd. New Staff Training
From 9th to 11th, July, Alpha Ltd. new staff training was held at the meeting room at the seventh floor in south tower of Suntec Plaza, with almost 30 staff from Alpha Ltd., Auldey Toy, Diwen Culture, Brand Business Division and Overseas Division present. This training was organized and presided by Shi Jun, the HR manager.
In these tow days, Financial Director Qiu Haiyue, Administrative Manager Liang Feng and IT Manager Ruan Qinglin were invited to introduce the specialty and function of each department. In following, Manager Hu Hua of Overseas Division and Operation Manager Tang Hui were invited to offer respectively a career psychology lesson named Making Professional Bottom Line and an introduction of the 4R executive program. On 11th, July, manager Shi Jun conducted a special teamwork activity for the 2008 graduates to broaden their professional knowledge about career through IQ questions, handwork team competition, number remembering program.
Manufacturing Division New Staff Training Camp
New staff inauguration was held by the Manufacturing Division of Alpha Ltd. on 9th, July, with Liang Xiaqing, Luo Yuming, Liao Xiaojun, Chen Shiwu, Cai Xianfang, He Lizhi, Liao Bin, Su Jiangfeng and other leaders attending. General Manager Assistant Luo Yumin gave a lecture to welcome the new staff, to point that the college students should integrate theory and practice, accomplish the work and improve their capabilities and to introduce the five-year plan of Alpha Ltd. Then, 25 college students made self-introduction followed the director from each department making a speech to express his or her wish. At last, CEO Liang Xiaqing summarized the meeting. He believed now that these college students had already chosen Alpha, they would inherit the core value of Alpha, exert their talents and realize the common dream of us, which is becoming the top animation culture industrial group in China or even in the world by creating our own Chinese toy brand.
